We are seeking to recruit an individual to join our team on a full-time basis as an accounts associate. The role is ideal for candidates who want to kick-start their career in accounting.
Main Responsibilities
- Posting of all transactions for a portfolio of clients operating in different sectors, including bank reconciliation leading up to an accurate trial balance
- Liaising with the client to resolve accounting related queries
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Perform other related duties as may be required from time to time.
Experience
- Experience in a similar role will be given preference
- Possess an advanced level qualification in accounts as a minimum. Those having an AAT certificate or initial stages of ACCA will be given preference
- Experience with Shireburn Financial Manager considered an asset
- Fluent in English
